Vi er alle stjerner

det er bare mange som ikke skinner
for de vet det ikke selv"

October

October gave a party;
The leaves by hundreds came -
The Chestnuts, Oaks, and Maples,
And leaves of every name.
The Sunshine spread a carpet,
And everything was grand,
Miss Weather led the dancing,
Professor Wind the band.

Cat Pose And A Pumpkin

The things she makes me do!
Like here; - posing with a stupid orange-thingy
and a figurine of sorts...
Apparently she has a thing for these orange whatever they are.
I can't for the life of me figure out what the facination is.
I sure as h... can't eat it, it doesn't smell good and I can't play with it.

But I DO look good there on the couch, though,
if I may say so myself...

ps; I'll have you know the orange-thingy is called "pumpkin".
She has mentioned it several times,
but I for forget these non-cat things.

Forget-me-nots...

Silently, one by one,
in the infinite meadows of heaven,
Blossomed the lovely stars,
 the forget-me-nots of the angels.....

Frost On The Grounds

Crisp morning air. The brightest of sunshine. The end. And a new beginning.

Autumn In Piles

Tempting just to throw yourself into the piles. I contain myself and make sure I walk through the piles to get the feel and hear the sound of the abundance of leaves.

Fall Colors Across the River

After weeks of drab fall weather, finally a spectacular, sunny day with badby blue skies and a soft breeze. Can you spot how high the tide is?
